For Home Sellers

Sell Your Home with Confidence

Protect Your Home While Selling

If you haven’t already purchased a home service contract, now is the time to do so! Selling a home is complex and potentially frustrating, but a home service contract makes the process easier. Your main goal is to get the most value out of the investment you put into your home throughout the years. The last thing you need while showing and selling your home is an unexpected system or appliance breakdown that can nullify a sale in progress or, at the least, reduce the asking price. Believe us, this happens more often than you may think — especially with older homes.

While your home is on the market, you can get coverage for the systems and appliances that will prevent the worst — the deal falling through — from happening. A home service contract allows you to sell your home with confidence, knowing that any unknowns will be taken care of for the new buyer, while prospective buyers get peace of mind when deciding to purchase the home. Sellers can also transfer the coverage simply and easily to the new home buyer once the sale transaction is finalized.

Purchasing coverage as a seller can be a great negotiating tool in real estate transactions or negotiating home inspection issues that may arise during the process of a home sale.

Our Various Coverage Options

Our home service contracts cover the failures and mechanical breakdowns of vital systems and appliances. Every policy covers the costs of parts, labor and taxes when a repair is needed, and we have different levels of coverage to suit everyone’s needs.

We offer three plans, so you’re sure to find the one that best meets your needs and budget:

  1. The Silver Plan is our most basic and least expensive plan.
  2. The Gold Plan includes all the coverage provided in the Silver Plan plus additional coverages, and costs more than the Silver Plan but less than the Platinum Plan.
  3. The Platinum Plan includes everything in the Silver and Gold plans plus additional coverages, making it our most comprehensive — and costly — plan.
