All modern homes are covered. Our service contracts are easily transferable to new home buyers, which may help sellers get a better price when it’s time to move.

Please note that covered items must be properly maintained and in good working order at the time of enrollment; pre-existing conditions are not covered. After purchasing a plan, the buyer must wait 30 days before using it.

  1. When a covered event occurs, you request service online 24/7 or by phone during business hours. Services may not be performed without our prior approval.
  2. We select an approved service provider from our vast network to perform your service. You and the provider schedule an in-home visit to diagnose and fix the problem.
  3. Your local service provider performs the repair or replacement. You pay your service fee or the actual repair cost — whichever is less — at the time of the service visit.
